De Kuyper – Cucumber

The De Kuyper Cucumber is a cucumber liqueur made from baby cucumbers smashed into pulp and soaked in neutral alcohol. Then the spirit is distilled and seasoned with rice vinegar and a little salt to get a tangy tasting liqueur.
